The most exciting game of round 10 in the Liga MB took place in Cojutepeque. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 6th rankedSanta Ana (3-5) to fifth ranked Cojute (5-3) 86-83 on Saturday evening. Cojute made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Venezuelan guard Maximillion Bell (198-1999, college: Lane) scored 24 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and chipped in 18 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 blocks during the contest. At the losing side Puerto Rican forward Xavier Zambrana (193-1991) responded with a double-double by scoring 32 points, 22 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and Lee Vasquez produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Cojute and four Santa Ana players scored in double figures. Cojute moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Santa Tecla. Santa Ana lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with five games lost. They share it with Salvadorenos and Independiente.
